Description

The ADAC 37 team consists of architects, landscape designers, urban planners, lawyers, energy project managers, and a public finance specialist. It also co-produces with other public partners (historical monuments, sanitation, housing, etc.) Our areas of intervention: Architecture, landscape, urban planning, energy Realization on behalf of member communities within the framework of public building projects, public space development, subdivisions, village halls, etc.: outline schemes, development guidelines, programs and costings Public finances Intervention through: analysis of community budgets, carrying out financial foresight and retrospect loan simulation Law Drafting: public procurement documents (restoration, historical monuments, sanitation, etc.) service concession, synthesis notes relating to questions of urban planning law and local authorities
