Studies and Project Management Assistance for Multi-Stakeholder Collective Self-Consumption of Renewable Electricity

The Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region is actively committed to the development of collective self-consumption, an approach aimed at promoting short circuits and strengthening the energy independence of the territory. By encouraging local electricity production and consumption, this initiative reduces dependence on national grids and better controls energy costs. It also promotes optimized use of renewable resources, such as solar or wind, by supporting projects led by communities, businesses, and citizens. Through this strategy, the Region seeks to promote a sustainable energy transition, value local producers, and offer consumers greener and more accessible energy.

Objectives

• Establish the economic feasibility of a multi-stakeholder collective self-consumption operation,
  
• Establish the conditions for its setup (stakeholder mobilization, PMO, etc.)
  
• Implement the operation
