Multi-stakeholder Collective Self-Consumption of Renewable Electricity

By supporting Collective Self-Consumption (ACC), the Region intends to offer, over time, renewable electricity at a competitive price to stakeholders in a territory. Collective self-consumption allows for experimenting with new forms of appropriation and sharing of electricity produced within a given perimeter through short circuits.

Objectives

• Encourage the emergence of new financing models for renewable energy production
  
• Structure ambitious projects enabling the scaling up of ACC (whether in terms of the number of actors involved, the quantity of electricity shared, etc.),
  
• Offer local renewable electricity to production companies in a territory at a competitive price over the long term, allowing them to stabilize their bills and be more resilient in the face of energy crises
