The Interministerial Mission for the Quality of Public Construction (MIQCP) provides telephone assistance which offers, in real-time, an opportunity for exchanges and punctual and personalized advice. This service is freely accessible, free of charge, and without obligation. The practical advice thus formulated aims to enable contracting authorities, their assistants, and design service providers who use it to draw on the experience gained by the MIQCP team. This direct dialogue can concern complex operations as well as more "classic" operations, innovative or exemplary project approaches as well as legal or practical questions.
