A dedicated investment offer has been designed with equity and quasi-equity participations in development or asset management SEMs, and in SEM subsidiaries.

To benefit from this offer, the project must concern one of the following development axes:

• Reconversion of brownfield sites and decontamination
• Deployment of Very High Speed Broadband (THD) and data centers
• Improvement of energy performance of industrial sites
• Creation or renovation of transport infrastructure
• Implementation of training to help industry professionals adapt their skills to current needs
