Benefit from an energy-climate awareness report

Energy-climate expertise in the design or development of an urban project or high-stakes site (eco-district, business park, etc.), with the aim of comprehensively assessing opportunities for energy supply and/or rehabilitation.

Production of an "Energy / Urban Planning Awareness Report" for the project owner(s) including:

• Definition of a relevant analysis perimeter, integrating the project(s) and existing buildings and fabrics located nearby,
• Identification of consumers involved and quantification of energy needs
• Characterization of the fabrics bordering the project: typology, number of dwellings, building areas, dating, ownership, heating method and energy, etc.
• Qualitative and quantitative identification of renewable resources that can be mobilized at the project site and in light of the "general economy" of local renewable resources
• Proposals for thermal renovation and/or renewable energy supply options satisfying all or part of the energy needs involved.
