An indispensable complement to technical studies, assistance with consulting project managers or companies/design offices.

As part of a technical assistance agreement provided for a project, also benefit from support for choosing the procurement procedure, for drafting your contractual documents and administrative documents, for awarding your public contract or concession, as well as for analyzing offers in the absence of a project manager.

MATEC provides its members with a free public procurement dematerialization platform at https://marchespublics-matec57.fr/ and provides first-level telephone assistance for using the buyer profile. Member communities can publish all types of public contracts or concessions themselves or with the assistance of MATEC. They thus save the subscription fees for another procurement platform.
