Created in 2014, ATD16, the Charente Technical Agency, provides support and engineering to Charente elected officials to successfully carry out their community projects.

ATD16 acts as a project management assistant for public spaces and public buildings. Project managers will visit your site with you and any partners you wish to involve, to offer you a feasibility study for the project, an estimate of projected costs, and information on available funding mechanisms (grants, FCTVA).

After the feasibility phase is approved, ATD16 will help you recruit your future project manager by offering to draft your tender documents and assisting you with offer analysis. The agency can go further by providing operational monitoring of your recruited project manager.

In terms of roadworks, you can benefit from an estimate of your municipal road maintenance works and priorities for action.
