Moselle Agence Technique is a departmental technical agency, whose objective is to provide all communities and EPCIs of Moselle with technical assistance in public engineering, as well as administrative and legal assistance. The services of the Building division at MATEC involve advice and decision-making support, but also project management assistance (AMO) for setting up contracts. - Carrying out feasibility studies allowing a technical and financial framing of projects: o Architectural approach of the project, o Determination of compliance and accessibility of buildings. o Advice concerning the energy renovation of buildings, in conjunction with MATEC's Water, Energy and Environment division, o Advice on the requalification of communal heritage. - Project Management Assistance: o Drafting of operational programs, allowing to define the needs, the amounts of work, the technical constraints that will be imposed on the project manager. o Advice and assistance for consultation with a view to recruiting a project manager (drafting of administrative documents, assistance in organizing the procedure and managing the consultation via a dematerialization platform). o Analysis of cand…
