Benefit from assistance with roads and public and landscaped spaces

Moselle Agence Technique is a subsidiary of the Department whose purpose is to provide technical, administrative, legal and financial assistance to member communities and EPCIs that request it.

MATEC assists communities by carrying out:
• Feasibility studies providing technical framework elements and an estimated operation cost
• The operation program specifying needs, the amount of work, and technical constraints that will be imposed on project managers (architects and design offices).
During the consultation of project managers, MATEC drafts all documents, analyzes offers, provides the possibility of benefiting from the public procurement platform, and assists with market notification.
Throughout the continuation of studies that will refine the project from the sketch to the consultation of companies, passing through the Preliminary Design (APS) and the Final Preliminary Design (APD), MATEC will be present alongside communities, during working meetings to analyze the studies produced by MATEC and inform them of possible optimizations.
