ATDR 69 advises, coordinates, and supports.

The levels of intervention for the road/public space development theme are as follows:

• ADVICE: opportunity study evaluating the merits of a project from technical, financial, and organizational perspectives
  
• ASSISTANCE TO PROJECT OWNER AND OPERATION MANAGEMENT: preparation, selection, and monitoring of intellectual service provider contracts, then coordination and management of the operation during the construction phase
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT (for road works < 90 k€ HT): project design and monitoring of its execution under the fixed conditions of deadlines, quality, and costs
