What it is The Capital Goods measure ("Nuova Sabatini") is the incentive made available by the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy with the aim of facilitating companies' access to credit and increasing the competitiveness of the country's production system. The measure supports investments to purchase or lease machinery, equipment, plants, capital goods for productive use, and hardware, as well as software and digital technologies. Directorate circular no. 28277 of July 3, 2023, provides provisions on the granting, after June 30, 2023, of contributions for companies in the agricultural, fishing, and aquaculture sectors following the entry into force of the new ABER (2022/2472) and FIBER (2022/2473) regulations, and makes changes to Directorate circular no. 410823 of December 6, 2022, regarding the entry into force of the aforementioned regulations and the update of the list of product environmental certifications included in Annex 6/C, for access to the "green" contribution increase.
