CCIAA Maremma e Tirreno - Call for the sustainable transition of tourism businesses 2026

Description

What it is: The Chamber of Commerce of Maremma and Tirreno, hereinafter referred to as the Chamber, intends with this call to support tourism businesses that adopt solutions to increase the environmental sustainability of the structures themselves and the services offered, spreading the culture and awareness of operating within the ecosystem of tourist destinations. From the supply side, indeed, more and more tourism businesses are inclined to adopt measures aimed at circularity, energy saving, and waste reduction, transforming these measures into elements of attractiveness and promotion. On the demand side, instead, more and more visitors and travelers are sensitive to these issues and tend to prioritize destinations, businesses, and tourism operators committed to reducing the environmental impact of the service and protecting the territory. To whom it is addressed: Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, their cooperatives, and consortia can benefit from the incentives provided in this Call, falling within the definition of small and medium-sized enterprises as per Annex 1 of the European Commission Regulation no. 651/2014/EU, which are registered with the Chamber of Commerce with specific ATECO codes.
