What it is The “Gender Equality Certification” intervention is carried out by the Regional Administration through the publication of this Public Notice aimed at spreading awareness within the Calabrian business fabric of the social, cultural, economic and strategic importance of gender equality and promoting a higher employment rate and access to work for the female population, through a contribution to Calabrian SMEs for the preliminary and preparatory activities for obtaining the “gender equality certification” according to the UNI/Pd R 125:2022 standard and for achieving the certification itself. The intervention is provided for by the Employment Plan 2023-2027 approved with DGR n. 486 of September 13, 2024, which aims, among others, to promote the balanced participation of women and men in the labor market, support female employment, combat undeclared work and support sustainable economic growth and the reduction of gender inequalities.
