The Cerema has set up a tool to support local authorities in charge of organizing mobility in carrying out a mobility diagnosis in their territory. Called CapaMOB, it guides stakeholders through the process, whether they are working alone or in a team.

To help local authorities that have taken on mobility responsibilities establish a mobility diagnosis in their territory, the CapMOB tool is available online and accessible to all stakeholders. Designed to meet the needs of local authorities, it aims to be functional and easy to use.
