Municipality of Casola Valsenio - Incentives for the expansion of commercial, artisanal, and service businesses

What it is By February 28th of each year, applications can be submitted for incentives for individuals who expand existing commercial businesses or reopen businesses closed for at least six months, located in Municipalities with a population of up to 20,000 inhabitants, as provided by art. 30 ter of D. L. 04/30/2019 n. 34 (converted by Law 06/28/2019 n. 58), known as the GROWTH DECREE. Who it's for Initiatives aimed at reopening businesses closed for at least six months operating in the sectors of crafts, tourism, environmental protection services, cultural heritage and leisure, as well as retail trade, limited to businesses referred to in Article 4, paragraph 1, letters d) and e), of Legislative Decree March 31, 1998, n. 114, including the provision of food and beverages to the public, are eligible for incentives. Business owners who expand existing commercial businesses can also benefit from contributions. For businesses whose expansion involves the reopening of entrances or shop windows onto a public street that have been closed for at least six months in the year for which the incentive is requested, the contribution is granted only for the part relating to the expansion itself.
