Work-life balance and/or valorization of the female component - Autonomous Province of Trento

What it is: This is support for businesses that includes: - the granting of contributions, up to a maximum of 20,000 euros for projects lasting 12 months, supported by a trade union agreement and aimed at implementing work schedule reorganization projects to promote work-life balance and/or gender valorization in the workplace; - the issuance of the Più Valore Certification Mark, by Agenzia del Lavoro, to employers participating in the Family-Audit certification process who commit to policies aimed at promoting fairer gender representation by taking targeted actions in terms of equal opportunities. Who it's for: The recipients of the initiative are: - for the granting of contributions: private sector employers with registered or operational offices in the province of Trento; - for the Più Valore Mark: private sector employers with registered or operational offices in the Province of Trento, participating in the Family Audit certification process. What it provides: The incentive provides for: - granting of a contribution up to a maximum of 20,000 euros - issuance of the Più Valore Certification Mark.
