THIS TECHNICAL COOPERATION OPPORTUNITY is made through the District Secretary of Education, via the Directorate of Sciences, Technologies and Educational Media (DCTME), however, the resources come from UNESCO. This is the twenty-first edition of the District Reading and Writing Competition: Tecnópolis, futures making history, corresponding to the 2026–2027 period, a strategy that promotes the development of communication skills through meaningful reading, writing, and oral experiences in official and private educational communities in Bogotá.
