The community benefits from the necessary information and a detailed knowledge of the existing situation to implement an effective climate-air-energy policy.

Modalities:

• Inventory and analysis of final energy consumption by type of energy, by sector and by use

• Inventory and analysis of energy production: local renewable energy sectors, energy production and transformation facilities

• Analysis of energy flows in the territory by linking production, transformation, transport, distribution, losses and energy consumption in the territory, in order to assess the autonomy of the territory and its exchanges with the outside

• Evaluation of territorial greenhouse gas emissions, direct and indirect (scopes 1 and 2), and CO2 sequestration in the territory

• Evaluation of vulnerability to climate change: analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the territory

• Estimation of energy expenditure by type of energy and by sector
