To facilitate the preparation and/or restoration of land for a project (development, construction, rehabilitation), the EPF d'Alsace may, under its project management, carry out diagnostics and proto-development work in compliance with the public procurement code.

This scheme is intended to apply during EPF ownership, but may, on a case-by-case basis, apply before the acquisition of a property.

Diagnostics

Under project management, the EPF d'Alsace financially covers up to 100% of the cost of certain studies:

• Mandatory diagnostics (lead and asbestos diagnostics before work or demolition, waste management diagnostics if necessary) in connection with the proto-development operation carried out by the EPF or the community;
• On a case-by-case basis, specific diagnostics that prove relevant to the operation, at the fair discretion of the EPF. By way of illustration, the diagnostics concerned may include, but are not limited to:
• Mandatory real estate technical diagnostics;
• Structural diagnostics: solidity, sanitary condition;
• Pyrotechnic diagnostics;
• Geotechnical diagnostics;
• Environmental sensitivity diagnostics…
