Know the strategy and tools to implement your territorial project (Training)

This training is an immersive role-playing game that allows participants to put themselves in the shoes of different development actors, to understand their logic and interactions, while learning to implement planning, land, and operational urban planning tools.

Through the Urbax 21 application, several case studies can be used depending on the trainees' expectations.

The "Territory in Transition" case study is based on a small inter-municipal area combining issues of revitalization, territorial balance and cohesion, and economic development in a constrained environment and a perspective of transitions.

Other case studies are available upon request (structuring town, sustainable neighborhood, or urban regeneration).

Educational objectives

• Understand the logic and strategies of stakeholders (local authorities, public and private operators, economic actors (agriculture, industry, commerce), landowners)
• Understand the urban development system and its interactions in a context of changes and transition
• Know how to choose and use development tools and methods according to the context
