Description

Allow the community to steer the development of the equipment project by mastering urban, programmatic, financial, and social challenges. Multidisciplinary approach by the architect-urbanist advisors of CAUE77, in conjunction with the various ID 77 contributors (associated organizations and departmental services). The advice from CAUE77 aims to integrate into the project an approach that is: - Qualitative, in architectural and landscape terms, - Environmental and sustainable (notably by proposing a preliminary energy diagnosis), - Accessibility, with the evaluation of PRM obligations. The advice may include: - Defining the stakes (role of public space in relation to the location in the commune) and objectives, - Identifying needs, - Intentional diagrams to graphically illustrate the reflections and projects considered and selected, - Identifying the "trades" to be mobilized and defining the procedure to be implemented (including the social clause in public contracts) (project methodology), - Assistance in choosing service providers, - Participation in facilitating meetings, - Provision of references, - (...)
