Within the framework of the New Territorial Advisory (NCT), the departmental directorate of territories (DDT) of Tarn has, for several years, implemented an organization that relies on several agents, some with a multidisciplinary profile of the "territorial referent" type and others with a more specialized profile to address specific issues in the field of water (GEMAPI, drinking water and sanitation) and the development of renewable energy production.

The territorial referents of the DDT have a transversal positioning and are therefore a privileged contact for EPCI-FP and local authorities.
