OBJECTIVES
The Flash Territories Workshop aims to mobilize, involve, and unite local actors around a prospective vision, a territorial project, and an action plan. The Flash Workshop is a sustainable development project engineering tool serving ecological transition and territorial development, supported by the DGALN and piloted by the DDT(M) or DREAL.
To be mobilized upstream of the preliminary design phase, it allows communities to develop a strategic master plan sketch with an operational aim, which is then translated into a roadmap defining the main areas of intervention and key actions to be implemented.
SCALES
A Flash Workshop focuses on a communal territorial reflection scale, which can however be broader (intercommunal scale).
