OBJECTIVES
The Local Workshop aims to mobilize, involve, and unite local actors around a prospective vision, a territorial project, and an action plan. The Local Workshop is a sustainable development project engineering tool serving ecological transition and territorial development. To be mobilized upstream of the pre-project phase, it allows communities to adopt a strategic guide plan with an operational aim, which is broken down into a roadmap defining the main areas of intervention and the key actions to be implemented. These are organized by theme and by prioritization level.
