Building social rental housing adapted for the elderly and/or disabled (village centers – neighborhood centers)

• The objective is to help produce state-approved social rental housing (PLAI and/or PLUS) adapted for the elderly and/or disabled.
• Eligible operations are construction or acquisition-improvement operations for social rental housing adapted for the elderly and/or disabled.
• The "village center – neighborhood center" characteristic is assessed upstream by the Maison Départementale de l'Autonomie (MDA) based on the elements provided by the operator concerned. Factors assessed include: the mix of the operation, its proximity to services, and its transport links...
• Beneficiaries are social landlords who have entered into an agreement with the Department and whose registered office is located in Drôme / Ardèche, and associations approved by the State for project management.

AMOUNT/RATE OF AID

• PLUS production, new build, for modest households = 2,000 € per dwelling.
• If acquisition-improvement = 5,500 € per dwelling
• PLAI production, new build, for very modest households = 4,000 € per dwelling.
• If acquisition-improvement = 8,000 € per dwelling
