Description

The Region intends to reduce the deficiencies in aquatic facilities that meet the needs of the practice. And to develop sports practice, particularly for female audiences and people with disabilities. The projects presented can be simple rehabilitations, rehabilitations with extension or constructions and must comply with the regulations concerning the accessibility of the equipment for people with disabilities. Projects can be carried out under public project management or delegated project management (SEM, SPL or any other type of operator) or under a concession. The public entity remains the beneficiary of the aid. What beneficiaries? Local authorities, Joint syndicates, EPCIs. The beneficiary can be the owner, simple occupant or tenant of the land or premises subject to regional funding. In any event, the beneficiary undertakes to maintain the subsidized property in its intended use for a period specified in the funding agreement.
