La chiusura avverrà ad esaurimento risorse. Con decreto direttoriale del 15 novembre 2023 è stata disposta dalle ore 12.00 del giorno 22 novembre 2023 la temporanea chiusura dei termini per la presentazione delle domande di agevolazioni a valere sullo strumento agevolativo dei Contratti di sviluppo, come disciplinato dal decreto 9 dicembre 2014 e ss.mm.ii. Con il medesimo decreto direttoriale è stata disposta, altresì, a partire dalle ore 12.00 del giorno 4 dicembre 2023, la riapertura dei termini di presentazione delle domande di agevolazione a valere sullo strumento agevolativo dei Contratti di sviluppo, attraverso due distinti sportelli agevolativi dedicati, il primo, ai programmi di sviluppo industriale e ai programmi di sviluppo per la tutela ambientale di cui agli articoli 5 e 6 del decreto 9 dicembre 2014 e ss.mm.ii., e il secondo ai programmi di sviluppo di attività turistiche di cui all’articolo 7 del suddetto decreto.
