What is the Contribution for corporate training projects. Regulation 651/2014 "exemption". The Labor Agency of the Autonomous Province of Trento finances private employers and entrepreneurs who organize training courses for professional development and updating aimed at supporting particular business processes. The training courses for professional development and updating must pursue the following objectives: - the development of professional skills of the workforce involved in production processes; - the increase in the qualitative profiles of human capital, thus supporting the increase in factor productivity and the strengthening of business competitiveness; - the dissemination of the practice of continuous training activities in the local production system; - complementarity between continuous training interventions financed by the Public Body and interventions supported by Interprofessional Funds; - coherence between areas of competence/training investment for employees and specialization sectors on which the local development strategy is based; - the improvement of workers' health and safety in the workplace, with content beyond the obligations required by EU directives, national and provincial legislation on the matter; - the strengthening of the skills of new hires, in order to facilitate their productive integration.
