The Labor Agency of the Autonomous Province of Trento finances private employers and entrepreneurs who organize training courses for professional development and updating aimed at supporting particular business processes. 5.1.4. BA Who it is for The initiative is aimed at: - employees (including those on redundancy) and collaborators of private employers, excluding homeworkers and young people in professional apprenticeships, limited to topics contained in the PIF; - owners, including legal representatives, or working partners (even in a dominant position) of artisan and/or micro and small enterprises; spouse, cohabitant, relatives up to the second degree of the same, if they operate as employees or family collaborators; - working partners of cooperative societies, including those who hold the role of legal representative; - sole proprietors, spouse, cohabitant, relatives up to the second degree of the same, if they operate as employees or family collaborators. Employees must have entered into an employment contract lasting more than 6 months.
