Coordinate regional actions of CAUEs in cultural matters concerning construction, architecture, urban planning, landscape, and environment

The Regional Union of CAUEs (URCAUE) brings together the voluntary CAUEs of the concerned region.
Its mission is to:

• represent and promote the CAUEs of its region;
• identify and make the knowledge and experience of CAUEs available to regional public or private stakeholders;
• coordinate CAUE actions for which regional-level organization is relevant;
  
• contribute to facilitating debate between stakeholders in architecture, urban planning, and the environment who operate at the regional level.

In this regard, it can therefore be a point of contact for the regional authority, state services, and any other stakeholder mobilized at this level. It does not in any way substitute for the actions of the CAUEs.
It is based on at least an organization between the CAUEs that compose it, and some URCAUEs have one or more employees.

As cultural actors, CAUEs are resource centers, sources of education and awareness tools.

Present for over 40 years, they make their knowledge of territories and their changes available. They produce tools and actions with an educational or cultural purpose and support you in your projects.
