Create green (non-motorized) links

In order to improve the living environment of their citizens, municipalities can consider creating non-motorized links between the urban areas of their territory and the natural environment; these link projects can also be concerned by the orientations of the regional greenways and cycle routes scheme.

Given its experience in creating greenways in rural areas, the Department is able to provide methodological support to municipalities or EPCIs for the creation of greenways in rural areas or on dedicated sites.

This action corresponds to sheet N° 23 of the departmental engineering guide catalog accessible on the Tarn Department website.

Initially, no funding is to be put in place for engineering assistance. The Department graciously provides the community with working time from departmental staff.
