Create home autonomy services for assistance and care (mixed SAD)

Nature of the aid

The Agence régionale de santé Normandie and the departmental councils wish to accelerate the evolution and transformation of home nursing care services (SSIAD) by supporting mergers with existing home assistance and support services (SAAD) in order to create home autonomy services for assistance and care from 2024.

This AMI allows for two non-cumulative objectives:

• Component 1: The creation of home autonomy services for assistance and care (mixed SAD) by transforming existing offerings
• Component 2: The need for expertise in creating home autonomy services for assistance and care (mixed SAD) by transforming existing offerings

How to benefit from the aid

Projects will be reviewed by instructors designated within the ARS of Normandy and the Departmental Council:

For Component 1:

• Within one month of receiving the application, the application is deemed complete if the competent authorities have not communicated the list of missing or incomplete documents;
• Upon receipt of the application, the Agence régionale de santé and the Departmental Council have 6 months to review and respond to the managers' request.
