Creation, renovation, expansion of public third places or workspaces in a public facility.

Third places must enable everyone, individually and collectively, to take hold of their power to act and respond to the major challenges of the transition that are imperative today. These are structuring territorial projects that (re)energize a neighborhood, a village. These spaces are designed to create the most favorable conditions for the emergence of ideas and local cooperation. They thus allow independent workers, employees of companies, communities, associations, young or old residents of the territory to meet and work together during activities and events taking place on the site.
