Create, maintain or develop a local service

The objective of this aid is to ensure the creation, maintenance or development of a service necessary for the satisfaction of the rural population, when private initiative is failing or insufficient.

The activities concerned are the following services: food trade, grocery store, multi-services, bar-cafe, gas station, restaurants and bank ATMs when most of their services are aimed at the local population.
