Any project aimed at the creation, renovation and rehabilitation of individual or group public gites labeled Gîtes de France or Clévacances.

• Individual public gite or furnished tourist accommodation

Building for the exclusive use of the tenant, offered for rent in whole or in part, to a transient clientele who stays there for a period characterized by a daily, weekly or monthly rental, and who does not reside there.

• Group gite (less than 15 beds)

Large capacity furnished accommodation (minimum 15 beds) reserved for hikers or groups of friends and families who wish to stay overnight or for a weekend or holiday. It also meets the needs of groups looking for a reception structure to hold a seminar, green classes, discovery trips... or a sports internship.

The group gite must be equipped with living spaces, sleeping arrangements in rooms or dormitories with comfortable bedding, collective or private sanitary facilities. The environment is of high quality, and favors outdoor spaces, tranquility and calm.

• Group gite with more than 15 beds considered as ERP
