Any project aimed at the creation, renovation, extension of facilities:

Collective crèches and family crèches are establishments that welcome children under 6 years old entrusted by their parents. These structures are governed by articles R2324-16 et seq. of the Public Health Code. As part of an establishment project and operating regulations, these non-permanent reception establishments ensure the health, safety, well-being, and development of the children entrusted to them. While respecting parental authority, they contribute to their education and assist parents in reconciling their professional and family lives. They contribute to the integration of children with disabilities or chronic illnesses whom they welcome. Reception can be regular, occasional, or mixed.
