NATURE OF ELIGIBLE PROJECTS

Any project aimed at the creation, renovation, extension of real estate intended to house a business (last business, only business in its specialty, or pop-up store).

A pop-up store, as its name suggests, is a temporary point-of-sale concept that "appears" for a short period, from a few hours to several months, then disappears. The company will have to sign a precarious occupancy lease or a precarious occupancy agreement.

FINANCIAL TERMS

Departmental council participation based on eligible expenses excluding tax with a fixed rate of 10% to 40%; after deducting rents representing a flat rate of 20% of the amount of the works excluding tax. If the project meets the bonus conditions, the amount of the subsidy will be increased by 20%.

DOCUMENTS TO PROVIDE

For the last business:

• opinion of the relevant consular company (interest of the operation, economic viability of the project, competition...)
• identity of the future operator

For the pop-up store:

• Municipal project for animating-occupying the store
