Any project aimed at the creation (if similar equipment not present in the commune or obsolete equipment that cannot be rehabilitated), renovation or extension of local reception facilities such as France services, M@nche services, social centers or social living spaces

Possibility of financing positions for reception agents exclusively within the framework of France services and M@nche services and according to the specifications of these two schemes.

All these structures are defined as places of reception, information and orientation for users of public services. They can also offer local activities and leisure.

Designed to facilitate and animate the daily lives of resident users, as meeting places open to all, these places are intended to develop a logic of local services. The approach is notably guided by the question of access to rights and by the participation of users in the development of the quality of public services.
