Create, renovate or extend a community hall or an associative living space whose management is public

NATURE OF ELIGIBLE PROJECTS

Any proposed project aiming at the creation (if similar equipment not present in the commune or obsolete equipment that cannot be rehabilitated), renovation or extension of a community hall or an associative living space whose management is public.

• Community halls are public reception facilities composed of a main hall and annexes (kitchens, changing rooms, sanitary facilities, etc.), dedicated to local associations and private individuals for the organization of various events.
• Associative living spaces are facilities composed of specific and/or common spaces dedicated to local associations for the practice of their various regular activities with their members. They can also be called community centers.

FINANCIAL TERMS

Participation of the departmental council based on eligible expenses excluding VAT with the application of a fixed rate of 10% to 40%. If the project meets the bonus conditions, the amount of the subsidy will be increased by 20%.

In the case of community halls, before calculating the departmental subsidy, a deduction of the theoretical revenues generated by the equipment will be taken into account to determine the eligible base. This deduction will be a flat rate of 20% of the amount excluding VAT of the works…
