Create, renovate, restructure, extend a health center (PSLA), a health house (MSP) or a health center (CDS)

NATURE OF ELIGIBLE PROJECTS

Any real estate project involving the creation, renovation, restructuring, extension of a health center (PSLA), a health house (MSP) or a health center (CDS), allowing the improvement of access to care by grouping health professionals, based on a shared health project by local stakeholders and validated within the framework of the regional partnership charter for access to outpatient care (2021-2025).

As a reminder:

• An MSP is a local care structure composed of at least 2 general practitioners and 1 paramedical professional. It brings together liberal medical health professionals who benefit from a collective working environment conducive to the coordination of care in the area.
• A PSLA is a functional structure composed of more than 10 health professionals including at least 2 general practitioners and 1 paramedical professional, engaged in teamwork aimed at better coordination of local care for the population.
• A CDS is a local health structure providing primary outpatient care: open to all and practicing third-party payment without exceeding fees. A CDS brings together salaried health professionals including at least 2 general practitioners…
