Unlock brownfield revitalization projects - UrbanVitaliz

UrbanVitaliz is a free human and digital service that allows to remove the obstacles encountered by local authorities lacking engineering skills who wish to unlock abandoned land in their territory (former commercial, industrial, railway areas, abandoned residences, etc.).

Artificialized land that has lost its use represents a great opportunity for urban renewal, to limit the artificialization of natural or agricultural soils. But it is also very complex to rehabilitate, and many local authorities lacking engineering skills give up in the face of the difficulties and unknowns encountered.

In conjunction with territorial resource actors, UrbanVitaliz is already acting successfully with municipalities and inter-municipalities to guide them free of charge in their process:
