Delegate the processing of Land Use Authorizations (ADS)

The urban planning department's main mission is to process urban planning authorization requests from Gironde municipalities that entrust them with this task. Organized at the departmental level, it provides a quality public service at a measured cost and is part of an effort to pool human, logistical, and financial resources of local authorities.

The mayor remains the decision-making authority for issuing urban planning acts. The Syndicate then acts within the framework of a three-year service provision agreement, on behalf of municipalities that have deliberated in this regard in the municipal council. The processing is billed per act, and the transmission of ADS (land use authorizations) is à la carte by the community, which can continue to process a part.
