Develop new forms of housing and public services in urban areas

The difficulty of access to housing, particularly for young people, is a major problem in the area. Students, seasonal workers, and apprentices struggle to find affordable housing. The aim is therefore to develop innovative approaches that promote young people's access to the rental market.

Particular attention will be paid to projects benefiting specific groups (young people, seasonal workers, apprentices, etc.).

In addition, this action sheet aims to address the needs of the territory in terms of public services by consolidating links between public services and users in urban areas (municipalities of La Rochelle, Périgny, Lagord, Aytré, Puilboreau).

The general objective of this action sheet is to experiment with and develop innovative solutions to meet the territory's needs in terms of access to housing for young people and innovative public services.
