To obtain a grant, the project must concern:
- renewal of LED luminaires or extension of LED light points
- installation of solar poles linked to LED luminaires
- installation of astronomical clocks allowing energy savings
Particular attention will be paid to projects that comply with the following aspects:
- achievement of energy saving factors (reducing energy consumption by 3, called factor 3)
- extensions that do not create energy savings will not be prioritized
- compliance with the December 2018 decree (color temperature at 3000 K maximum)
Excluded from the eligible base are safety works, festive lighting, heritage illumination-enhancement, and sports lighting.
The installation of poles, brackets, various accessories, and civil engineering works without an attached light point are also excluded.
