Developing the transmission of Catalan and Occitan languages in society

The Region wishes to support the transmission of Occitan and Catalan languages and their presence in society:

• facilitating teaching in schools,
• supporting the teaching of these languages through aid for educational projects and the publication of teaching materials,
• developing courses for adults,
• promoting these regional languages in the daily lives of residents,
• supporting communication professionals.
