Developing collective living spaces for autonomous retirees

This aid pursues 3 objectives. Note that EHPADs are not eligible for funding from Assurance Retraite.

1. Assisting structures that improve social life and prevent loss of autonomy, through cultural and social animation actions or physical activities.
2. Promoting intermediate accommodation models between individual housing and collective institutional accommodation, by creating different forms of individual housing grouped around a social life project, such as, for example, service residences, beguinages, reception apartments...
3. Supporting the development of a quality living environment within accommodation establishments for the elderly (EHPA), particularly by participating in actions aimed at amplifying the renovation of autonomous residences.
