Develop responsible mobility, accessible to all and structured around local hubs

Mobility in the Pays du Bessin au Virois is highly dependent on cars. This situation increases the vulnerability of fragile or isolated populations and is not sustainable in the long term given climate and energy challenges. Furthermore, the development of alternatives must be articulated with the preservation of natural and agricultural areas (land consumption). This sheet aims to support the emergence of decarbonized mobility solutions, accessible to all, but also of mechanisms to reduce forced or constrained travel in a logic of sobriety. The objectives pursued echo 10 axes of the SRADDET, in particular objective 44 which deals with new mobility practices. Naturally, this action sheet takes into account the findings of the Norman IPCC and aims to address the problems of air pollution and inequalities in access to healthcare services.
