Diffusion and strengthening of the social economy

What it is Incentive that promotes the diffusion and strengthening of the social economy, supporting the birth and growth of businesses that operate, throughout the national territory, for the pursuit of worthy general interests and social utility purposes. With directorial decree of August 8, 2022, published in the Official Gazette no. 195 of August 22, 2022, useful indications were provided for the best implementation of the support measure for the social economy and the cultural and creative enterprises sector, the terms and methods for submitting applications for benefits were identified, as well as the criteria for the correct evaluation and monitoring of investment programs submitted by companies. Who it is for: social enterprises, however constituted, registered in the dedicated section of the Companies Register; social cooperatives and their consortia referred to in law of November 8, 1991, no. 381 and subsequent amendments and additions, registered in the dedicated register and in the dedicated section of the Companies Register in accordance with Article 1, paragraph 4, of legislative decree no. 112 of 2017 and subsequent amendments and additions; cooperative societies qualified as ONLUS, in compliance with the provisions of Articles 101, paragraph 2, and 102, paragraph 2, of legislative decree of July 3, 2017, no. 117 and subsequent amendments and additions; cultural and creative enterprises, constituted in the form of partnerships or capital companies...
