Description

What is The Directorate Decree of June 9, 2020 governs the incentive intervention on Digital Transformation established by Article 29, paragraphs 5 to 8, of the Growth Decree, aimed at supporting the technological and digital transformation of production processes of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises through the implementation of enabling technologies identified in the National Industry 4.0 Plan, as well as other technologies related to digital supply chain solutions. Who is it for? SMEs can benefit from the incentives if, at the date of application submission, they are: - registered as active in the Business Register, - operate primarily or predominantly in the manufacturing sector and/or in services for manufacturing companies and/or in the tourism sector and/or in the trade sector, - have achieved, in the fiscal year to which the last approved and filed financial statement refers, an amount of revenue from sales and services of at least EUR 100,000.00, - have at least two approved and filed financial statements with the Business Register, - are not subject to insolvency proceedings and are not in a state of bankruptcy, liquidation (even voluntary), controlled administration, preventive arrangement, or any other equivalent situation according to current legislation.
